Jonathan R. Miller is an Associate in the Firm’s Princeton office. Mr. Miller's practice focuses on employment disputes, commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, and representation of creditors in state and federal courts. Mr. Miller has co-authored three successful appellate briefs relating to commercial, environmental, and criminal law. Mr. Miller received his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2005, where he also served as a law clerk at the Office of the University Counsel, a teaching assistant for Professor Peter Martin, a research assistant for Professor Theodore Eisenberg, and a judicial extern under the Hon. Peter Buckley (Chemung County, N.Y.). Mr. Miller was awarded several merit-based scholarships and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award as a judicial extern. Before choosing law as a second career, Mr. Miller worked as a social worker and counselor in a variety of settings. For several years, Mr. Miller supervised child protective services in the highly diverse and socio-economically challenged city of Ramla, Israel.
