Christopher Bopst Partner Christopher Bopst is Partner in the Firm’s Miami office and a member of the Litigation Department. His primary areas of practice include litigation and appeals at both the state and federal levels, as well as arbitration, with a focus on business torts, commercial disputes, construction disputes, trade secrets and unfair trade practices. Mr. Bopst is also General Counsel for the United States Hispanic Contractors Association, a national, non-profit trade association established to provide the support necessary for the advancement, economic growth, and full participation of Hispanic-owned businesses in all areas of contracting and procurement contracts. |

- Has handled appeals to Florida District Courts of Appeal and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals
- Extensive representation of companies in the prosecution and defense of claims for interference with business relationships
- Enforcement of restrictive covenants such as non-compete and non-disclosure agreements
- Extensive representation of contractors in construction disputes
