Our appellate practice encompasses both state and federal appeals in civil and criminal matters and includes virtually all areas of the law. Our appellate attorneys provide support through various practice areas including business litigation and torts and insurance. Also, attorneys in our various offices have handled hundreds of appeals and oral arguments throughout Florida, California, New Jersey, and New York and various United States Circuit Courts of Appeal including the Second, Third, Eleventh, Federal Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Our practice also includes administrative appeals from various municipal and county agencies.
